Refund Policy

As an online retailer of bedding and related home goods, we aim to handle refund requests in a fair, clear, and practical way. This policy applies to products sold through this website.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment and receive a full refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be cancelable. If you contact us after shipment to request cancellation, we will review the actual order status and let you know whether cancellation is possible.
  • If a cancellation after shipment is accepted, any costs already incurred, including shipping-related costs, may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

2. When Refunds May Be Approved

Refunds are not automatic. A refund must be reviewed and approved, and it must meet the conditions of this policy and our Return & Exchange Policy.

The following situations may usually qualify for a refund:

  • The order is canceled before shipment;
  • The returned item meets the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy and is approved;
  • The item received is materially different from the order;
  • The item arrives damaged, severely deformed, or with an obvious defect, and sufficient evidence is provided;
  • The item has a manufacturing, material, structural, or functional issue that affects normal use;
  • The order is missing necessary items, set components, or included accessories, and the issue cannot be resolved by exchange or reshipment;
  • A refund is required by law or approved by us based on the actual order situation.

3. Refund Conditions After Delivery

  • After an order has been delivered, refunds are usually processed only after a return request has been submitted, reviewed, and approved.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undried, unaltered, and free from visible stains, odors, sweat marks, bodily fluids, pet hair, cosmetics, skincare products, oil marks, water stains, damage, pilling, pulled threads, deformation, shrinkage, fading, or similar conditions.
  • Please keep the original packaging, protective bags, tags, instruction cards, set components, and included items whenever possible.
  • An approved return does not guarantee a full refund. The refund amount may be reduced depending on item condition, missing parts, damaged packaging, shipping costs already incurred, or other applicable factors.

4. When Refunds May Be Refused or Reduced

Refunds may be refused or reduced in situations including, but not limited to:

  • The item has been used, washed, dried, ironed, altered, or damaged;
  • The item has visible stains, odors, sweat marks, bodily fluids, pet hair, cosmetics, oil marks, water stains, or similar issues;
  • The item has damage, pilling, pulled threads, deformation, shrinkage, fading, zipper damage, seam splitting, or other issues affecting resale condition;
  • Damage was caused by high-heat drying, sun exposure, improper use, or improper storage;
  • The return does not meet the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy;
  • The item is missing packaging, tags, included components, or gifts;
  • A set or bundle is partially missing or damaged;
  • The returned item does not match the approved request or original order;
  • The issue is based on personal preference, including color, size, thickness, hand feel, cooling feel, or screen display differences;
  • Delivery failed because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within a reasonable time and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Please contact us before using or washing the item if:

  • The item was damaged, severely deformed, or visibly affected during shipping;
  • The item has loose stitching, holes, zipper issues, incorrect sewing, or structural problems;
  • The color, style, quantity, size, or set components received do not match the order;
  • The order is missing necessary items or included accessories;
  • The packaging is severely damaged and affects the condition of the item;
  • The item has an obvious manufacturing defect.

After review, we may offer an exchange, partial refund, full refund, reshipment of missing items, or another suitable solution depending on the actual situation.

6. Normal Product Variations

Due to differences in batches, materials, production processes, photography lighting, and display devices, products may have:

  • Slight color differences;
  • Minor differences in size, thickness, or texture;
  • Slight surface wrinkles or compression marks;
  • A mild material odor;
  • Cooling feel or hand feel that varies depending on the environment and bedding setup.

These are considered normal variations and are not treated as quality issues. If they do not affect normal use, comfort, or function, they usually do not qualify as automatic refund reasons. We will review each situation and provide a reasonable solution where appropriate.

7. Personal-Use Bedding Notice

Bedding products are personal-use items.

Items that have been used, washed, or show sweat marks, bodily fluids, pet hair, stains, odors, or similar conditions usually do not qualify for return or refund, unless there is a confirmed quality issue or a refund is required by law.

Please inspect the item carefully before using or washing it. If there is any issue, please contact us first.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method.

Unless required by law or otherwise agreed by us, refunds through another method are not guaranteed.

9. Refund Processing Time

After a refund is approved, it is usually processed within 5–10 business days.

The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on the payment service provider, card issuer, or bank processing time.

10. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are usually non-refundable, unless we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged or defective due to our error.
  • In other cases, return shipping costs for approved returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless required by law or otherwise agreed by us.
  • For free shipping, discounted shipping, or promotional orders, non-refundable shipping costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

11. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundle Refunds

  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original product price.
  • For partial returns of sets or bundled products, the refund amount may be recalculated based on the remaining items, discount allocation, and bundle offer.
  • If a return affects the original order promotion, such as a threshold discount, bundle discount, or free shipping offer, the refund amount may be reduced by the corresponding promotional difference.
