Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yangcraftliving. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled after an order is placed through yangcraftliving.com, and what options may be available if an order can no longer be canceled.
1. Order Cancellation Conditions
You may usually request to cancel an order if the order has not yet entered processing, packing, warehouse release, or shipping.
If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund according to our Refund Policy. Once an order is successfully canceled, the refund will usually be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yangcraftliving.com and include your order number and reason for cancellation.
2. When an Order Cannot Be Canceled
An order may not be cancelable in the following situations:
- The order has already entered processing, packing, or warehouse release;
- The order has already been handed over to the carrier;
- Tracking information has already been generated;
- The order is already in transit;
- The order has already been delivered;
- The order requires special handling, separate shipping arrangements, or has already begun processing;
- The order can no longer be intercepted due to warehouse operations, system processing, or carrier handoff.
Once an order reaches any of the stages above, we usually cannot guarantee that the cancellation can be completed successfully.
3. Cancellation After Shipping
After an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the actual order status.
If the package has not yet left the warehouse or can still be successfully intercepted, we may try to assist with the cancellation. However, if the package has already been handed over to the carrier, is in transit, or has been delivered, the cancellation request usually cannot be completed.
If a cancellation request after shipping is accepted, any shipping costs, carrier fees, handling fees, or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable, unless otherwise required by law.
4. What Happens If Cancellation Is Not Possible
If your order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the item, according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please note that return or exchange requests must meet the conditions stated in the applicable policy, and you must contact us and receive approval before sending any item back.
If the item has been delivered and qualifies for a refund, the refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
If the issue is related to an incorrect address, wrong product option, or incorrect quantity, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order can still be changed, we will do our best to assist. If the order can no longer be modified or canceled, we will let you know whether package interception, reshipment, return, or another suitable solution may be possible. Related costs may be the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was caused by our error or otherwise required by law.
